Think of me as a professional job matchmaker.
For more than 20 years, I worked in luxury fashion hiring top teams, and for the past 13 years in agency recruitment, where I have placed thousands of professionals across North America.
My gift of having career clairvoyance is what guides me to counsel companies on the right candidates they should consider interviewing (not just based on resumes) but actual cultural matches and hard-wired soft skills.
In the first few minutes of a conversation, my intuition tells whether someone is going to be the right fit for a company (and vice versa).
